Harmony mountain Policies

Harmony Mountain is an alcohol free facility, drug use and alcohol consumption is not permitted on the property. No smoking is allowed inside or outside the Premises within property lines. Personal music is prohibited and not to disrupt other attendees. No personal music or other sounds shall be played at such volume as to be audible outside the boundaries of your room or personal headphones.

Licensor is not responsible for inconveniences due to excessive heat or cold, heavy rain or snow, road construction, impairment of heating or cooling systems due to high winds, lightening strikes and other acts beyond our control. Licensor is not responsible for the availability of Taxi-cab services or street parking.

Licensee is allowed access to the retreat center during the contracted time frame only and is not allowed to arrive prior to Thursday afternoon such as the day before unless specifically approved in advance by Licensor.

Licensee gives permission for Harmony Mountain Institute to take photos of their event, before and during, and for photos to be utilized for promotion purposes, including but not limited to being posted to Harmony Mountain Institute website, Social media pages.



All occupants must be out of the building on Sunday by 4:00pm, closing time. Licensee is responsible for the behavior and for maintaining reasonable decorum of themselves and party, and shall refrain from any noise or other disturbance of neighbors. Licensee is responsible for any theft or damage done to The Premises during their stay, in which there is Proof of damage done by Licensee. The security deposit of $500 will be deducted from card on file after discussion.


Cancellations & Refunds

Our signature retreat period shall be for a maximum of 72 hours. However, no portion of the rental fee shall be refundable if Licensee leaves the Premises before hours have elapsed. Use of drugs or alcohol on the property may result in a non-refundable cancellation of retreat experience and guests reservations may become terminated. In the event, the Licensor is unable to provide the facility for reasons of fire, theft, flood, acts of God, vandalism, plumbing, heating, structural failure, or any other reason beyond the control of the Licensee, all payments shall be applied to an alternative date of the Licensees specification provided that the date is not already reserved for another party. Licensor reserves the right to cancel contract and refund deposit if Licensee has misrepresented the nature or details of their event or if a double booked situation should occur.
